New Construction Checklist

After the dust settles, it's time to show off your work. We are experienced in new construction cleaning and will work hard to remove all post-construction debris. Transforming the space from a dusty job site to an inviting, fresh and sparkling home for your clients.

**Throughout the home:**
Detailed vacuuming and wiping of all surfaces, including walls, ceilings and baseboards to remove fine drywall and saw dust. Sometime this takes a few passes to assure there will not be any dusty streaks or a hazy film left behind. 

**Cabinetry & Built-ins:**
Deep cleaning of all the cuboards, drawers, and closets, ensuring both the interiors and exteriors are dust-free and ready to use.

**Fixture Polishing:**
Sanitizing and polishing of all sinks, tubs, showers, and faucets to remove construction residue. 

**Window & Glass Detailing:**
Removal of stickers, paint overspray and debris from glass, frames, and tracks for a streak-free finish. 

**Floor Care:**
Expert cleaning of all flooring types, including debris removal from grout lines and protective treatment for hardwoods or stone. 

**Mechanical & Detail Areas:**
Wiping down light switches, outlets, vents, and interior trim for a complete clinical clean.
