Move In/Out Clean Checklist
Our Move In/Out Clean checklist is a very detailed and thorough cleaning, assuring you that the home is fully disinfected, sanitized and polished ready for the next family to move in. NOTE: The items that are in (parenthesis) are not always needed. Whether the appliances are new and don't need to be cleaned, the walls/trim will be freshly painted....etc. Either way, you need to be sure to let us know because these tasks will affect the total cost. **Kitchen and Laundry Room:** - Complete dusting from top to bottom - Dust, wipe, and polish the light fixtures and ceiling fans - Dust, wash, and polish the interior windows and window sills - (Dust and wipe down of blinds) - (Wash the walls) - Dust, wash, and polish the doors (details) - Sanitize the door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers - (Clean and disinfect vent covers) - Dust and polish any built-in shelves - (Clean the details of the baseboards) - Clean the details inside and outside of all the cabinet doors, drawer fronts, knobs, and pulls - Wipe out all cabinets, wipe off all shelves and wipe out all drawers - Sanitize, and polish the entire countertop - Clean the inside and polish the outside of the microwave - Scrub, disinfect, and polish the sinks - Sanitize and disinfect the drains, faucets, and knobs - Scrub, degrease, and polish the backsplash - Degrease the vent grates under the range hood - Degrease and polish the range hood - (Remove all of the cooked on spots from the glass top stove or degrease the grill top stove) - (Remove all of the crumbs from the oven drawer) - Sweep out from under the oven and mop - (Clean the inside of the oven and the oven racks) - (Sanitize and polish the outside of the oven) - (Sanitize and polish the inside and the outside of the dishwasher door) - (Run a wash cycle in the dishwasher to disinfect and sanitize the inside, make sure the drain cover is clean) - (Sanitize and polish the outside of the refrigerator) - (Sanitize the water and ice dispenser) - (Sanitize the entire inside of the refrigerator and the freezer) - (Wipe down outside of washer and dryer) - (Run a wash washing machine cycle) - (Sanitize the inside of the dryer) - (Deep cleaning of the lint trap) - Sweep, vacuum, and mop all of the floors - Shine hardwood floors - (Shampoo the carpet) - (Spot treatment on carpet) **Bathrooms:** - Complete dusting from top to bottom - Dust, wipe, and polish the light fixtures - Dust, wash, and polish the interior windows and window sills - (Dust and wipe down of blinds) - (Wash the walls) - Dust, wash, and polish the doors (details) - Sanitize the door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers - (Clean and disinfect vent covers) - Scrub and disinfect all of the toilet bowls - Sanitize and polish the entire outside of toilets - Dust and polish the toilet paper roll holders and towel bars - Dust, sanitize, and polish the entire outside of all the vanities and inside of the cabinet doors - Completely wipe out the cabinets and drawers - Scrub, sanitize, and polish all of the sinks and sink drains - Sanitize and polish all of the faucets, fixtures, and knobs, remove hot and cold labels to clean if necessary - Sanitize and polish the entire countertop - Polish the mirrors - Dust details, scrub, sanitize, and polish of all showers, shower heads, and tubs - Polishing of all fixtures, faucets, and knobs - Scrub all of the tile grout - Remove all of the soap scum and mold from shower door - Polish the shower door and door frame - Unclog slow or clogged drains, clean hair from drain - Dust and clean baseboards - Sweep and mop the floors **Bedrooms:** - Complete dusting from top to bottom - Dust, wipe, and polish the light fixtures and ceiling fans - Dust, wash, and polish the interior windows and window sills - (Dust and wipe down of blinds) - (Wash the walls) - Dust, wash, and polish the doors (details) - Sanitize the door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers - (Clean and disinfect vent covers) - (Dust and clean baseboards) - Sweep, vacuum, and mop all of the floors - Shine hardwood floors - (Shampoo the carpet) - (Spot treatment on carpet) **All Other Living Spaces and Bonus Rooms:** - Complete dusting from top to bottom - Dust, wipe, and polish the light fixtures and ceiling fans - Dust, wash, and polish the interior windows and window sills - (Dust and wipe down of blinds) - (Wash the walls) - Dust, wash, and polish the doors (details) - Sanitize the door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers - (Clean and disinfect vent covers) - (Dust and clean baseboards) - Dust, sanitize and polish any built-ins - Dust, Sanitize and polish all wood, glass, marble, granite, porcelin, tile, stainless steel.. etc. **Additional Services:** - Clean accessilble exterior windows - Scrub the details of the floor tile grout - Sweep off porches, patios, decks, balconies, walkways and driveways. - Sweep out garages, tool sheds, storage spaces, pool house - Pressure wash any of these outdoor living spaces **Organized Stress Free Moving** Checkout the link below, we speciallize in home organization and we would be happy to help you get unpacked and organized at your new house.
