Whether using our checklist or yours, we ensure no items are left behind and identify anything broken or in need of repair. As we gather, wash, and fold laundry, we meticulously check for stains, rips, and holes. We verify that all light bulbs are functioning and replace them if necessary, ensure remote batteries are operational, and confirm clocks display the correct time.

- Strip all beds and start multiple laundry loads, using a quick cycle every 30 minutes.
- Restock clean sheets from the supply closet and remake all beds.
- Dust and polish bedroom furniture and décor.
- Shake out mats and runners.
- Sweep and vacuum thoroughly.
- Place two folded towels, one hand towel, and two washcloths at the foot of each bed.
- Sanitize showers and tubs; polish showerheads, faucets, and knobs.
- Hang fresh towels and washcloths in designated spots in each bathroom.
- Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, soaps, and specified items.
- Refill shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.
- Sweep and mop each bathroom.

In the kitchen:
- Check for left-behind items in the refrigerator and wipe out the inside and freezer.
- Sanitize and polish the fridge's exterior, microwave, and cabinet doors.
- Unload the dishwasher and organize items neatly.
- Clean the stove and polish the oven's exterior.
- Check, empty, and wash the coffee pot if needed.
- Refill coffee, sugar, creamers, and sweeteners.
- Sanitize and polish the backsplash, range hood, and countertops.
- Empty and store the toaster crumb tray.
- Sanitize and polish the dining table and chairs.
- Sweep the kitchen and neatly restock the welcome station with specified drinks and snacks.

Bonus rooms, game rooms, and family rooms:
- Dust and polish all furniture.
- Return items to their designated places.
- Fluff pillows and fold blankets.
- Collect all trash, replace liners, and add extras at the bottom.
- Sweep and vacuum thoroughly, including under furniture.
- Fold and organize laundry, grouping sheet sets for future ease.
- Take pictures to ensure everything is in place.
- Mop all floors and double-check all tasks upon leaving.
- Leave the porch light on for late-arriving guests.
- Polish the front door and sweep the porches, steps, and walkway.
